First – it’s super delicious. (Well – of course – we wouldn’t share it here if it wasn’t delicious!)
Second – it’s made from ingredients you can easily find at your local supermarket. (No need to make a special trip for specialty ingredients!)
Third – it’s super simple to make. (Just 5 minutes and you’re done!)
Finally – this Everyday Asian Dressing is super versatile! Use this on a salad made of fresh greens (check out our Asian Salad with Roasted Delicata Squash), or in this delicious Asian Noodle Salad with Chicken.

I grew up eating a salad dressing & Asian chicken salad that was made almost exactly like this!!! I accidentally tossed the recipe for the dressing and have been craving it. Thanks so much for posting this!! I always use Organic Soy Sauce due to soy beans are a huge GMO crop. I would urge everyone to purchase Organic Soy Sauce, if it’s at all possible!! I’m putting this recipe on my list for next week!! Thanks so much!!
Thanks Cheryl
I can see myself putting this on just about everything!
Thanks Paula!
Oh goodness, that sounds tasty! I love the Asian flavours in that dressing! Sesame for the win!
Thanks Rebecca!
I only have toasted sesame oil, will that work in this recipe?
Yes Kathy – That should work fine!
Duh, of course it’s delicious!! Gosh, how much do I love this? Enough to want to splash it on my face just to see how much I can catch in my mouth. My guess its A LOT.
