A Pomfresca Cocktail combines pomegranate juice and Fresca into a very refreshing drink! Serve it spiked with vodka for an adult beverage – or without, if you prefer.
The inspiration for our Pomfresca Cocktail came about a little by accident a number of years ago.
One afternoon, I was looking in our refrigerator for something to drink. I noticed that we had a small amount left in a bottle of pomegranate juice, and we had a can of Fresca – so I combined the two beverages in a glass of ice and – WOW – was this drink combination good!
The rich sweetness of pomegranate juice is nicely complemented by the citrusy crispness of Fresca (which is, in my humble opinion, a very under-appreciated soft drink!). The two together are a delicious and refreshing combination in and of itself.
Serve with or without alcohol
Add some vodka and this Pomfresca Cocktail is a delicious cocktail to serve at any holiday party you might be hosting – or year-round for that matter!

Ingredients
- 1 ounce pomegranate juice (we used Pom Wonderful)
- 2 ounces Fresca (Original Citrus flavor)
- 1 ounce vodka
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small pitcher.
- Stir to combine.
- Pour over a glass of ice. Serve immediately.
