Not to brag 😉 – but this Creamy Italian Dressing is better than anything you’ll find sold in a bottle! It also couldn’t be any easier to make.
Chances are you have most of the ingredients to make this Creamy Italian Dressing already in your kitchen – mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, and a blend of Italian seasonings including oregano, basil, garlic powder, celery salt, freshly ground black pepper – plus a pinch of red pepper flakes for some gentle heat.
We also used champagne vinegar in this homemade Creamy Italian Dressing, and it adds a unique, extra punch to this dressing. (In a pinch, white wine vinegar can we swapped in, but please try to use the champagne vinegar if possible to ensure the best results.)
This Creamy Italian Dressing is very versatile, and it is wonderful on a tossed garden salad. And – check out our Creamy Italian Pasta Salad which is also made with this fantastic, creamy dressing.
