Batman & Robin…Peanut Butter & Jelly…Cookies & Milk… Some pairings are truly winners – each part equally great alone, but when combined, the results are unmatchable! Some people even say that about Jack and me – we are a great team together!

So we were happy to be asked to join up with VELVEETA and RO*TEL as part of their “It Takes Two” campaign to talk about how quick and easy it is to make the super-delicious Famous Queso Dip that everyone loves! Two delicious ingredients – VELVEETA and RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies – come together to create this classic dip that’s guaranteed to make your next game day party a success!

Famous Queso Dip - A Family Feast

A few weekends ago, we had some friends over to our house to watch the New England Patriots play. Our team won (yay!) – but, what really made game day great was spending the day visiting with wonderful friends and neighbors. Our kids played together all day long while the adults had a chance to relax, enjoy a few laughs, and enjoy some great food!

Our friends loved the Famous Queso Dip – a creamy, zesty dip – and we’re sure that your friends will love it too! So be sure to make queso the next time you have a few friends over to watch football.

Here’s a helpful tip: Keep this queso dip warm for your party in a mini slow-cooker!

  2. This is one of my favorite recipes to make, sometimes I use a can of chili in place of the ROTEL tomatoes and it tastes great also.

  3. I am so happy that I stumbled upon your blog. I am a true fan. I have been making this queso dip for many years and I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love it. We usually enjoy this dip while cheering for our home team, the New Orleans Saints! Have a great day.
