A few weekends ago, we had some friends over to our house to watch the New England Patriots play. Our team won (yay!) – but, what really made game day great was spending the day visiting with wonderful friends and neighbors. Famous Queso Dip

Ingredients

1 16–ounce package VELVEETA, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 10–ounce can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, undrained

Instructions

Place ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 2-5 minutes until VELVEETA is completely melted (stir after a few minutes of heating to combine ingredients).
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.
