  • ½ cup Olive Oil Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon minced cornichons or dill pickle
  • 2 Tablespoons minced fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced capers
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
