A delicious, homemade Blue Cheese Dressing is super easy to make!

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup crème fraiche

1/4 cup buttermilk

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

Pinch cayenne

2 dashes Tabasco

1/4 teaspoon dry Colman’s mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup crumbled, good-quality blue cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the blue cheese and mix well with a wire whisk.
  2. Fold in the blue cheese and serve.
