Beans and Franks - A Family Feast

Beans and Franks

Prepared recipe of our Boston Baked Beans

16 hot dogs (we recommend all-beef Ballpark Franks)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baked beans in advance.
  2. Cut the hot dogs on the bias in quarter-inch thick slices.
  3. Heat a large skillet on medium high and add the olive oil.
  4. Lay sliced hotdogs in and brown for a minute or two on each side. Once done, use a slotted spoon to remove the hotdogs and add to the beans. Discard the fat in the pan.
