Turkey Pinwheel Bites
Yield: 4 wraps, each cut into 8 pieces 1x

Ingredients
4 nine-inch wraps (choose soft pliable wraps)
1/8 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 pound deli turkey sliced thin (approximately 8 slices)
3/4 cup shredded carrots (about 1-2 medium carrots)
3/4 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Lay out one wrap and spread cream cheese along the top edge (about an inch in width). This will be used to seal the wraps and add some sweetness.
- Spread the mayonnaise on the remaining surface of the wrap.
- Lay out two turkey slices, covering the bottom half of the wrap.
- Sprinkle carrots and lettuce down the center of the turkey side to side.
- Starting on the side closest to you, roll the wrap into a tight roll finishing with the edge with the cream cheese.
- Trim off each end and cut into seven or eight 1-inch thick slices. Turn each slice on its side for the pin wheel.
