Our delicious Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili couldn’t be easier to make! Just add ground chicken or turkey, hot sauce, beans, seasonings, and vegetables to a slow cooker and let it cook.

Ingredients

8 tablespoons of salted butter, melted

2 pounds ground chicken or turkey

3/4 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce

2 cups yellow onion, diced

1 large green bell pepper, trimmed and diced

2 stalks of celery, diced

2 medium garlic cloves, minced

1 one-ounce packet taco seasoning

1 24-ounce jar medium heat chunky salsa (3 cups)

1 19-ounce can kidney beans, drained

1 19-ounce can Cannelloni beans, drained

1 8-ounce tub crème fraiche (or make your own)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except the crème fraiche and the toppings into a large slow cooker and stir to combine.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours (or on high for 2 to 3 hours) or until the vegetables are tender.

  3. Stir in Crème Fraiche before serving.

  4. Garnish individual servings with your favorite toppings.
