Pineapple Lime Rickey Punch
Pineapple Lime Rickey Punch combines pineapple and pomegranite juice with simple syrup and lime-flavored club soda.

Ingredients
- 4 cups (32 ounces) DOLE® Canned Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 3/4 cup simple syrup*
- 2 cups lime-flavored club soda
- Ice
- Fresh DOLE® Pineapple slices (for garnish)
- Fresh lime slices
Instructions
- *To prepare a simple syrup, combine equal parts granulated sugar and water in a pan. Heat over medium-high heat until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Chill in refrigerator before using.
- Combine DOLE® Canned Pineapple Juice, pomegranate juice, simple syrup and lime club soda in a pitcher. Mix to combine. Add ice to chill.
- To serve, pour into individual glasses. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Add slices of lime and additional pineapple to punch if desired.
