Notes

*Deli-style mustards are typically a yellow mustard with fine grain mixed in – which is a mix of mustard seed and the mustard seed bran. It has a unique taste and can be found at most deli counters, rather than in the dressing isle. The brand we used was Batampte (from Walmart) but Nathan’s is another good deli-style choice. Another alternative is a spicy brown mustard like Gulden’s  which will give this dressing a slightly different flavor. (Either way, you can tailor this dressing based on your tastes as long as you stick with the quarter cup of Dijon mustard.)
