Creamy Dill Pickle Dip

Our Creamy Dill Pickle Dip combines chopped dill pickles, capers, red onion, and garlic in a super creamy dip.

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

2 cups dill pickles, chopped

2 tablespoons finely grated red onion

1 teaspoon finely grated fresh garlic

2 tablespoons capers drained and coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons dill pickle juice

1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped fine, or half that of dried

Pinch of kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Ruffle chips or kettle chips, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the mayonnaise and sour cream until creamy and smooth.
  2. Add all other ingredients and whisk to combine.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with ruffle chips or crackers.
