Copycat NewBridge Café Red Wine Vinaigrette is zesty and sweet. This is a very close copycat version of the famous dressing served at this popular Boston-area restaurant!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dry oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a cruet and shake to combine.
