Chocolate Chip Pecan Graham Cracker Pralines is a graham cracker candy topped with chocolate chips and pecans. This easy dessert is a crowd favorite!

13 honey graham crackers (about half a 14.4 ounce box)

3/4 cup chopped pecans

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a rimmed half-sheet pan (18×13-inch) with aluminum foil.  Lay graham crackers out on the foil in a single layer, breaking crackers in half (if needed) to fit in the pan.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans and chocolate chips evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt bring butter and sugar together stirring to combine. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Stirring constantly, allow the mixture to boil for two minutes.
  5. Carefully pour boiled butter and sugar mixture over the graham crackers, covering them as much as possible with the mixture.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove sheet pan from oven and cool completely – about 1 to 2 hours.
  8. Break graham crackers into portions or bite-sized pieces.
  9. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week (if they last that long)
