- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of Tabasco sauce

- 4 ounces shallots sliced into quarter thick slices
