Hi everyone – this is Jack. Let me start by saying that Wolf Gourmet was nice enough to gift us with a Countertop Oven with Convection for testing and review purposes here on A Family Feast. But even if we had paid full price – we would still be giving this amazing countertop oven a 5-star rating!

Having worked in a professional food service kitchen for many years, Wolf products were always my favorite because of their high quality and superior performance. So I was thrilled to test this Wolf Gourmet Countertop Oven with Convection in our own kitchen. And, I am happy to report that this home-use appliance matches the same high quality of the professional Wolf products I’ve known and loved – plus it is gorgeous to look at!

With all of the cooking we do, counter space in our kitchen is at a premium. So – when I first learned that we would be reviewing this heavy-duty Wolf Gourmet Countertop Oven, I actually envisioned testing it out for a while – then storing it in the pantry or basement to pull out for special occasions when we needed some additional oven space.

However the day the oven arrived – and we saw how well it was built and how versatile it is – our older, smaller toaster oven was immediately banished to the basement and the Wolf Gourmet Countertop Oven has taken center stage!  This countertop oven is loaded with features including:

In addition to the recipes above, we also successfully baked many other foods using the convection setting. The fan is super quiet thanks to the quality and thickness of the oven cavity and the food cooked perfectly!

When broiling – the included heavy steel oven rack can be moved to different heights, you are given low or high temperature settings, as well as two door positions (slightly ajar or closed). Our broiling resulted in perfectly and evenly-cooked food because Wolf Gourmet thought this through – and they made sure that the broiler covered the entire top of the oven and not just a center strip like most ovens.

The warming feature works perfectly as designed – keeping cooked food warm until served without further cooking.

Lastly, we tried the toast feature. It makes perfect toast – although I should note it does take a little longer to make than a standalone toaster appliance (mostly because the oven is large and it takes a while to heat up). But I love this oven so much, I don’t mind.

    I would absolutely LOVE to try your prime rib for Christmas dinner in that beautiful Wolf Oven!!!!! I love the idea of the broiler filling the entire span of the oven…an ingenious, well-thought design idea. I use the broiler A LOT and the one in the Wolf is a fantastic selling point!

    We have another model toaster/convection oven and we use it everyday. This oven would be used for almost every meal in our house. The first thing we would make would be cheeseburgers. Yes I said cheeseburgers in the oven. They are amazing and so moist!

    I need go no further – I’ll make your Prime Rib of Beef since it looks absolutely scrumptious!!! My cornbread stuffing and sweet potatoes and fresh green bean casserole might be going in there as well to free up space in my not-so-large oven.
