(5 cups green cabbage, 2 cups Chinese cabbage, a little shredded carrot and 2/3 cup green onions.) If you want to make just the Beef Calzones – make a total of 2 cups of the cabbage blend. (1 cup green cabbage, 3/4 cup Chinese cabbage, a little shredded carrot and 1/4 cup green onions.) If you want to make just the California Slaw – make a total of 4 cups of the cabbage blend. (2 cups green cabbage, 2 cups Chinese cabbage, a little shredded carrot and 1/3 cup green onions.)
