1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 whole eggs
1/4 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup all-natural unsweetened apple sauce
1/3 cup canned coconut milk
