Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix
Our Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix is made with just three ingredients you probably have on hand in your kitchen pantry.
Yield: 6 cups of mix (approximately 24 cups of hot chocolate)

Ingredients
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 cup unsweetened Dutch processed cocoa - we recommend Rhodelle (affiliate link)
3 cups powdered milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together with a whisk, blending well.
- Pour into jars with lids for storage and/or gift giving.
- To make a cup of cocoa, add ¼ cup of this Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix to 8 ounces of hot water*. Stir to combine. *If you want an extra creamy cup of hot chocolate, you can swap in some hot milk for half the water.
