Creamy Italian Dressing
This homemade Creamy Italian Dressing couldn’t be any easier to make! Make it with ingredients you probably have already in your kitchen.

Ingredients

1/4 cup champagne vinegar
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk vinegar, sugar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, celery salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and Dijon mustard.
- While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil. (Helpful hint: Place a towel under your bowl so it stays in one place while you whisk).
- Whisk in the mayonnaise and serve.
