Cranberry Vinaigrette - A Family Feast

Cranberry Vinaigrette

Our vibrant Cranberry Vinaigrette has a sweet tart flavor that complements any salad. Serve this easy dressing at every holiday meal.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Cranberry Vinegar (see our homemade recipe here)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare homemade Cranberry Vinegar following this recipe.
  2. In a bowl, add in the vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk just slightly to combine.
  3. Add the olive oil and briskly whisk until completely combined and thickened.
  4. Adjust seasonings and sweetness to taste.
  5. Cover until ready to use.
  6. Chill leftovers in a bottle with lid or covered container. You may want to bring the vinaigrette back to room temperature for serving.
